Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign your waiver and get settled in. We kick things off right at 6PM, so don’t be late… unless you want to start with burpees (just kidding… kind of).
Dress in regular workout clothes that are warm-weather friendly — you’ll be barefoot for the session. And don’t forget your water jug! We’ve got refill station at the gym, so hydrate like a champ. ?
