Heavy Hands, Inc photo

Train. Endure. Grow.

Punching and kicking is what we're meant to do. Might as well get in shape while learning how to do it!

Over 1,000 SF of mat space and boxing ring. Gear available to purchase on-site.

Women's Classes: This is women’s conditioning 101. Ladies like to put that work in! You will get in shape, you will know what you're doing, you will become a better version of yourself. Is it a great workout? Yes. Will it be difficult? Yes. Will it be worth it? Yes. You will learn the beautiful art of striking through Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing techniques. Hit bags. Hit pads. Have FUN!

Boxing: Throwing heavy leather is what we do best. Learn from world-class trainers and reap the benefits of our boxing division - 1 King 1Crown. Tuesdays and Thursdays there are 3 trainers on the floor giving constant oversite and feedback to our boxers - come see what the hype is about.

Muay Thai Classes: The first rule of Muay Thai - NEVER take a step backwards. This sport is BEAUTIFUL, this sport is VIOLENT. Fall in love with the art of 8 limbs. Kicks, punches, knees, and elbows.

Sparring: This is where you get to see if you can hit stuff that hits back. It's friendly, it's fun. You learn a lot about yourself.

Adult High Intensity: The music Bumps, the pads go thump. Our die-hards have a saying, 'It's gonna be an eeeeeeeeasy Saturday.' Expect it to be hard... it will be. Oh, and when we're done, we'll go for a group run and finish with an ice-bath.

Rise and Grind: Start your week right, finish your week strong. We start training at 5:15am and finish at 6. Plan on turning the volume down on the rest of the world. We start when it's dark Mondays and Fridays. Plus, there's COFFEE!

Junior Drop-In: This is a class for the youth of heavyhands (jitterbugs - pre-teens) who may not quite be ready to get on the mat with the adults in the night classes. They'll learn everything they need to be able to attend a night class. However, that will only happen when they're ready, disciplined, and able - coach's discretion. It will be a lot of fun, a great workout, and just all-around cooler than anything with a ball or remote control.
