Free Week Confirmation

First off—thank you. As a firefighter, police officer, or first responder, you spend your days running into the chaos the rest of us run away from. The least we can do is invite you to punch some heavy bags for a week—on us.

Your Free Week Includes:

  • Unlimited classes during September 11–14 (Mon–Thurs: 6:00 PM to 8PM)

  • A bonus "high-intensity" class on Saturday at 10 AM (Our hardest class of the week)

  • A supportive (and slightly loud) crew of teammates who’ll push you harder than your morning coffee

Why Muay Thai?

Your job comes with high stress, adrenaline, and split-second decision making. Training in a combat sport like Muay Thai doesn’t just build strength and endurance, it sharpens your focus, relieves stress, and trains your mind to stay calm under pressure. Think of it as a “controlled fire drill” for both body and brain.

A Few Notes:

  • Please sign the waiver as a "Visitor" to confirm your participation.

  • Bring water, wear shorts - We’ll provide the rest.

  • Side effects may include better sleep, reduced stress, and a new obsession with gut kicks and face punches.

Thank you - we'll see you at the gym!
